Who doesn’t love a film with a redhead as the lead? There is so much redhead representation in films these days, and boy are we glad of it! These characters are a great bunch to watch, and many of these films can be watched by all ages!

Helen Parr is a character in the movie The Incredibles. She has extreme flexibility, widely known as Elastigirl and Mrs Incredible. She is the ultimate supermom.
Daphne Blake
Daphne, the most beautiful character in Scooby Doo. She is Fred’s girlfriend, keen to help, and always follows her intuition.
Princess Ariel
Princess Ariel from Disney’s The Little Mermaid is one of the most iconic princesses of all time. She is an intelligent and headstrong mermaid, who loves to go on adventures.
Princess Anna
Anna from Frozen, of course! Possibly the most popular Disney princess of choice these days! She is loyal, optimistic, and extremely spontaneous.
Ron Weasley
Ron Weasley, one of the three protagonists in the Harry Potter series. He is hilarious, goofy, and cheeky. He also has a brave and loyal side to him…what’s not to love?
Vivian Ward
Vivian Ward, the protagonist of Pretty Woman. Iconic is an understatement. Vivian Ward was an escort from Hollywood Boulevard, who turned into a ‘lady’ in a matter of days. She is beautiful, funny, and sweet. But most of all, she is extremely loyal, and down to earth.
Jessie
Jessie, the cowgirl, from Toy Story. She is a feisty, strong-willed, and optimistic member of Andy’s toy gang. She loves to be with her friends at all times!
Princess Merida
Merida, from the movie Brave, is a princess by birth – but a warrior by nature. She is a strong-willed, daring, and courageous young woman. Merida does not fit the stereotype of a ‘princess’, and she wouldn’t want to, that is what makes her so unique.
Hercules
Hercules… from the film Hercules… duh. He has been gifted with super-strength, yet he remains humble and kind. He is a passionate guy, with lots of love to give, but often driven by rage.
Lucy Wilde
Lucy Wilde is the love of Gru’s life in Despicable Me 2. She was once an agent of the Anti-Villain League…until she fell in love with one. She is goofy and wild. She adopts Gru’s daughters as if they are her own, and takes the Minions under her wing.
Garfield
Garfield is often forgotten in the redhead category. This extremely lazy cat is hilarious. He is witty, and quick to shoot back snarky remarks – all while he sits on the sofa and does absolutely nothing but stuff his face with food.
Kim Possible
Kim Possible from Kim Possible. She is an intelligent and kind teen, who always puts others’ needs before her own. She is a great role model, who saves the world from super-villains, and lives by her motto, “I can do anything”.
Miranda Hobbes
Miranda Hobbes from Sex and The City is cynical and direct. She does not hold back from speaking her mind, and is regularly seen drinking a vodka martini. She does, however, have a warm heart, and cares for her friends hugely.
Peter Pan
Peter Pan, the boy who never grew up. Peter seems boastful and careless, but deep inside he is a lonely young boy who wants to be surrounded friends and family. His best friend is Tinkerbell, a fairy, and he is the leader of the Lost Boys…a dare devil to the extreme!
Dorothy Gale
Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz is a sweet and innocent girl. She is seen wearing pigtails, and a blue dress. She loves her dog Toto, and often carries him around wherever she goes. She lives on a farm in Kansas, and makes great friends with Lion, Scarecrow, and Tinman.
Black Widow
Black Widow is a superhero in the Marvel film series. She is brave and powerful to say the least. Black Widow uses her intelligence to notice differences and dangers in her environment. She is also beautiful, often seen in a black jumpsuit.
