While April O’Neil from the original comic book series of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles had dark hair, the animated version from 1987 painted her as a sassy, determined redhead. And, well, that’s what we’re all about this Halloween: sass and determination.

She’s the first human ally of the Turtles, acting as their main link to the outside world and working together to solve various crimes. Here’s how to get the April look…
