Put a little spice in your life with this Christmas cocktail from Gingerella: the Firecracker!
Ingredients
Fresh ginger
Gingerella
Scotch
Manuka honey
Juice from half a lemon
Rosemary sprig
How to do it
1. Finely slice a knob of fresh ginger and add to a saucepan with 1 bottle of Gingerella and heat to a simmer.
2. To a whisky glass add 60 ml of Scotch, 30 ml Manuka honey, and the lemon juice.
3. Stir, top with the warmed (not boiling) Gingerella to taste, and garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary.
