Coming soon: ‘The Woman in the Window’, starring Amy Adams
Film releases have been relatively few and far between over the past year, but some are happily sneaking through as we move closer to summer.
Amy Adams stars in upcoming The Woman in the Window, who plays agoraphobic Dr Anna Fox. Based on the 2018 novel of the same name written by A. J. Finn, this psychological thriller follows Dr Fox’s life inside her home, as she befriends her neighbour from across the street.
But things soon take a dark turn as the neighbour, played by Julianne Moore (albeit she’s blonde in the film), disappears and Dr Fox suspects foul play.
The cinema release has been cancelled for the film, which is instead set for release on Netflix in May 2021. Check out the trailer below!
