If you haven’t seen Brave yet, man oh man, you need to catch up with the feisty heir with red hair! Yes, we like to rhyme.

What is there not to love? In the Disney-Pixar animation, proud ginger Princess Merida fights for the right to choose her destiny, empowering the lot of us to follow our dreams.

Oh yes, and Princess Merida’s hair is more ginger than a carrot stood on top of a jaffa cake.

And the good news is that Brave will be released on DVD in the UK on 26th November 2012, with the US already able to take the flame-haired Scottish clan home since 13th November!

Featuring voices by Kelly Macdonald, Billy Connolly, Emma Thompson, and redhead Kevin McKidd, you’re in good company.

Keep your tissues with you though, it’s a touching tale!
