Let’s ignore the temperamental weather and just go with it; it’s summer and we like it!
Time to spice up your summer with a Ginger Rum Cocktail. Mmmm.
Ingredients:
2 slices of ginger, chopped finely
6 mint leaves
4 lemon slices
25ml dark rum
Half a glass of crush ice
Lots of ginger beer to top up
How to do it:
1. Fill you glass halfway with crush ice.
2. Add rum, ginger, lemon, and mint leaves to glass.
3. Use a fork, spoon, straw, *insert pointy utensil here* to mash all of this together in the bottom of the glass, to release juices.
4. Top up the glass with ginger beer, adding more crushed ice if you wish.
5. Garnish with slice of lemon and ginger if you’re feeling fancy.
6. Enjoy responsibly! Cheers!
